1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading or using LogIO, you agree to these Terms of Service.

2. License

We grant you a non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use the app on any iPhone or iPad you own or control, as permitted by Apple's App Store Terms.

3. Lifetime Access

The one-time "Lifetime Access" purchase grants you access to all current and future premium features of LogIO, forever, across all your Apple devices signed into the same Apple ID.

4. Refunds

All purchases are handled by Apple. Refunds are subject to Apple's refund policy. You can request a refund directly through Apple.

5. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access immediately, without prior notice, if you breach these terms.

6. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
